Summary

This timber-framed house is probably of 17th century date. It is two storeys high and has a roof of black glazed pantiles. The building has some 19th and 20th century features and inside there are some wallpaintings that have yet to be examined.

June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Probably 17th century timber frame, rough cast, black glazed pantiles. Two storeys with central gabled porch. 19th and 20th century openings. Central chimneystack. 19th century bargeboards. Later brick west wing.

The house is now under new ownership from when the wallpaintings were discovered.
South Norfolk Council report that they remain in good condition.
