Identifed J. Davies (NCM).
2 Roman brooches: upper bow of 3rd/4th century crossbow; crescent type Aesica 1st century.
Medieval objects: strap end with knob terminal; sheet casket key, lozengiform bow with circular bow, simple rectangular ward and solid shaft; lead ?cross fragment; lozengiform harness pendant with traces of gilding and red enamel and motif of ?mythological animal; 13th century buckle plate, gilded, decorated with relief leaf scrolls, 2 rivet holes; base of ampulla, crowned 'W' and shell on reverse (Walsingham); silver gold finger ring hoop decorated with engraved running lozenges containing tiny flowers with other flowers outside lozenges.
Late Saxon mount. Rectangular, rivet in each corner, worn low relief cruciform decoration with triple incurved lines forming each arm around a central roundel. A square boss on each side of central motif. Reminiscent of Borre-style.
Pottery: 1 Roman grey, 2 Glazed Grimston, 1 Raeren stoneware, 1 Late medieval/early post medieval base, 5 medieval unglazed.
