Summary

A fragment of pottery found on the same site as an Early Saxon urn (NHER 3184). A systematic survey of part of this field in 2013/2014 recovered a small assemblage of prehistoric worked flints, including Mesolithic/Early Neolithic blade cores and a Bronze Age/Iron Age retouched flake.

Survey of proposed route of Dudgeon Offshore Windfarm onshore cable (Field 56).
Finds recovered at this location included:
2 Mesolithic/Early Neolithic flint blade cores.
1 Bronze Age/Iron Age retouched flint flake.
1 prehistoric flint scraper, 2 retouched flakes and 1 flake.
