Before 1996. On surface of track to river.
'Grotty little bronze coin of Roman date' stated by source [1], to have been found by source [2].
Letter sent to [2] asking to see it but in reply his mother telephoned to say it was not true. Source [1] thinks this is because of fears over legal ownership. Source [1] states he has also found a Roman coin at same spot which he will show to NCM.
