Trapezoidal shaped earthworks can be seen on an aerial photograph. These may be a medieval moated site. They are marked on an old Ordnance Survey map as a fishpond.

9 July 1946. Seen on 1946 RAF air photographs.
Trapezoidal shaped earthwork 200m north of Hall Farm, Methwold.
Possible moated site but needs to be verified on ground.
