Listing Description Excerpt:
"With Number 50: Late 16th century with alterations and additions. South portion, Number 50 with timber framing exposed, overhanging 1st floor and front gable. Brick plinth. Remainder with plaster face. Pantiles, modern. Casement windows."

Late 16th century onwards.
Gabled timber frame to road with jetty to first floor and offset to gable; brick plinth, remainder plastered, replacement windows.
Stopped and moulded beams and heavy joists.
