Winter early 1997. Metal detector find.
Cast bronze quillon dagger guard. Rectangular slot at centre. Tapering arms with lanceolate terminals. Moulded ribbing along both sides. Flat at base.
Polaroid (S1) taken by NCM. Probably 15th/16th century.
