Summary

A 17th century building, altered in the late 18th century into a pair of Holkham Estate cottages. The building may originally have been a farm building associated with the nearby farmhouse, see NHER 32838.

Now two Holkham Estate Cottages, these occupy one end of a part ruined building containing much reused stonework, apparently with original roof and perhaps upper floor.
Probably a 17th century farm building associated with farmhouse (nos 15 and 16) which it overlapped.
Part of cross found in garden.
Possible manorial barn?
