Metal detecting at this site in 1996 and between 2023 and 2024 recovered Middle Iron Age (Roman issue), Late Iron Age, medieval and post-medieval coins; a medieval token and a number of other metal objects, including Roman brooches; a medieval buckle and a post-medieval silver dress hook.

Roman brooch. Dolphin type. Spring, pin and catchplate missing. The spring originally on an axis bar secured by cylindrical housings at the ends of the wings (one extant). Grooved decoration on hinge and bow. Mid 1st century AD.
