Full Description
1977. Findspot of human bones dumped in spoil in quarry.
Later found to derive from roadworks on edge of churchyard (NHER 2777).
Press cutting filed under NHER 2777.
Site visited by A. Rogerson (NAU) at the time.
Information to NHER October 1997 to mark 20th anniversary of discovery.
