Early post medieval equal armed cross shaped harness or belt mount with 2 spikes on reverse. Arms of cross have floriate terminals. Not unlike Middle Saxon cross brooch (based on Carolingian prototypes). BUT spikes and metal suggest Early post medieval. See twin from NHER 30332.
