Summary

Fieldwalking in and 1994 and 1995 recovered Mesolithic/Early Neolithic and Neolithic worked flints; Iron Age and Roman pottery sherds and a fragment of Roman vessel glass.

26 January 1994. Fieldwalking.
Found at TL 7748 9584:
1 Mesolithic/Early Neolithic pointed flint blade.
3 Iron Age pottery sherds.
1 Roman pottery sherd (greyware) and 1 glass vessel fragment.
These finds were donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1999.1.12.17). It appears that these finds were not originally reported to the NHER.

April 1995. Fieldwalking.
Found at TL 7749 9580:
1 Neolithic polished axe flake and 1 end scraper.
Identified by P. Robins (NCM), see description in file.
Comp. W.Milligan (NCM) 16 May 1995.

November 1997. W.Milligan (NCM) suggests that the finds from sites 25524 and 30751 come from this site. But because of considerable confusion due to removal of boundaries, both numbers are retained.
