Summary

Medieval composite strap end now in two pieces. Top and bottom plates have lost the cut out terminal which the spacer plate retains, along with an incomplete rivet hole. Top plate is decorated with rocker arm lozenges and is attached to bottom by a bronze rivet. 14th century.
