Summary

Metal detecting from 1997 to 1999 recovered a wide range of objects, including prehistoric flints, part of a Bronze Age copper alloy axehead, Roman coins and pottery fragments, Saxon coins, medieval coins, buckles and brooches and post medieval coins and jettons. Metal-detecting in October 2010 recovered a medieval copper alloy seal matrix.
