Metal-detecting between 1997 to 2017 recovered prehistoric worked flints, including a possible Mesolithic blade, a Neolithic blade and Neolithic/Bronze Age scrapers, a borer and flakes; Roman, Late Saxon and medieval/post-medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds; a potentially Iron Age or Roman glass bead; undated copper alloy casting waste; Iron Age, Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval jettons; medieval and post-medieval tokens and a range of other, undated and Middle Bronze Age to post-medieval metal objects.
