Summary

At some time prior to 1990 a Neolithic stone axe hammer was found in this area, although it is unclear whether it came from this location or the field to the east (NHER 33450, under which this object is currently recorded). In 2011, a fragment of an additional axe hammer was recorded as recovered from this site, although this was of probable Early Bronze Age date.
