Full Description
March/April 1998. Metal detecting find.
Late medieval/early post medieval lead cloth seal. Crowned arms of England and France quarterly, ?lis either side, illegible legend around on one side. Crowned portcullis on other. Official alnage seal. About 1400 to 1603.

1 basal sherd Roman greyware.
Lead pot mend, with textile impression on surface of inner part.
Probably medieval.

1 Late Prehistoric flint flake (small, secondary, unpaninated, unworked).
1 medieval buckle plate fragment (gilt).
