Summary

Fieldwalking in 1998 in advance of pipeline construction recovered a number of medieval pottery sherds. Later observation of the construction noted a linear feature with brick fragments and fired clay, as well as a rectangular and elliptical enclosure, and a feature with medieval pottery sherds, slag and shell.
