Summary

An aerial photograph from 1946 recorded the cropmarks of a long enclosure with a double ditched feature to the east and west and a possible additional curving ditch to the southwest.

1946. RAF aerial photograph (S1).
North-to-south aligned sausage-like enclosure with double feature to east and west. Around 250m north-to-south, 50m east-to-west. Appears to be a slight ditch as an earthwork. Very strange. Possible additional curving ditch to south-west.
