Summary

Archaeological evaluation in 1998 recorded a substantial east-west aligned ditch which contained post medieval brick and was likely a relatively recent field boundary as well as an undated chalk-filled post hole. No small finds were recovered.

Excavation of a single trial trench recorded a substantial east-west aligned ditch which contained post-medieval brick and was likely a relatively recent field boundary. An undated chalk-filled post hole was also excavated. No other finds were recovered.
