Metal detecting here in 1998 recovered a 17th century gold finger ring. The ring took the form of a plain band with an inscription.

17th century gold finger ring, plain loop inscribed within CONTINEW X CONSTANTE (the n's are retrograde).
Give to NCM as Treasure.
