1935. Stray Find.
Southeast part of High Plantation on West Bilney Warren:
Sherds, smooth grey paste and rough grey with texture like mortar.
All probably late 1st to early 2nd century.
1 sherd Samian.
Material not checked.

15 July 1975.
Area now planted by pine trees and so under needles.
No sherds visible in rabbit burrows along paths, only iron egg and natural flints.
Newly recut ditches along road crossing site revealed no features.

About 1960. Bulldozing beside road.
Roman sherds and handmade sherd found afterwards.
