Summary

This is the site of a large moated house called Reed Hall in 1724. Foundations have been found here and 15th to 16th century pottery, animal bones and a medieval quern stone have also been recovered. Metal detecting on the site has found a lead ampulla, probably from the shrine at Walsingham. The earthworks of the house have been seen on aerial photographs.
