Summary

Investigations at this site during the period 1968-2000 recovered a wealth of artefacts. Finds included Iron Age, Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery sherds along with a post medieval horse harness bell, a post medieval button, Roman brick/tile fragments and a Roman coin of Allectus.
