Summary

Fieldwalking in 1997 in advance of the Bacton to Great Yarmouth pipeline recovered two prehistoric flints along with post medieval pottery, building material, and cutlery handle.

January-April 1997. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey on proposed route of Bacton to Great Yarmouth pipeline (Field/Location RDX 29.7).
A Prehistoric flake and a retouched flake were recovered along with post medieval pottery, ceramic building material, and a copper alloy cutlery handle.
