Map

Originally a stables with hayloft. Brick and pantile, bricks with diamond diaperwork all over. East gable has four windows and S K 1731 in raised bricks. Tumbled gables.
Much 20th century alteration to side walls. Interior has heavy bridging beam, chamfered joists; roof has principals carried on arched braces from tie beams. Two tiers staggered butt purlins and collars.
Information from (S1). If the point about the braces from tiebeams to principals is correct it is remarkable, and the main reason for including this on NHER.
