Summary

Fieldwalking and metal-detecting between 1999 and 2016 recovered prehistoric worked flints; Iron Age and Roman pottery sherds; medieval roof tile fragments; undatable metalworking debris; Roman and medieval coins; a medieval jetton and a number of other, medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments and a post-medieval crotal bell.
