Full Description
1998. Metal detecting. Opposite Sealie Farm. [1].
Outer plate from very battered medieval strap end. Wider end with semi-circular cut out and two rivet holes, narrower end pointed and in two more rivet holes. Traces of gilding.
Identified by H. M. Geake (NCM).
Metalworking debris. Copper alloy waste weighing 21g.
