February 1998. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Shop and house. Late 16th-century origins, remodelled 20th century. Red brick, rendered and whitewashed. Roof of concrete tiles. Two storeys and attic; two-window range. Façade has a shaped gable edge-on to the road. 20th-century shop front...Shaped gable rebuilt mid 20th century. Gabled roof with a rendered stack on north wall plane...Former yard to west now with a two-storey 20th-century infill.
INTERIOR: ground floor with an ovolo-moulded bridging beam. Roof of principals and collars, the collars removed."
