Full Description
Timber framed building.
Possibly containing fragmentary remains of a hall house, the majority of the building is a very unusual structure of about 1700 with ornate brackets and sillbeams stopped at posts.
L plan, no obvious hierarchy of rooms, unusual framed staircase.
Timber framed barn of same date.

Considerable alterations made to house since 1999, removing substantial elements of the timber frame, but the basic structure remains. Some reused beams noted in a farm building.
