Full Description
1980s or thereabouts. Found under concrete floor of demolished garage a few doors along from Methodist chapel. [1]
Human skeleton.
Taken away by police. No apparent archaeological record. Information from finder, who states this is no connection with the chapel which did not have a burial ground, but there is a local legend that one of these houses was once a women's refuge.
Location (formerly in Cambridgeshire) from finder.
E. Rose (NLA), 6 December 1999.
