February to March 1998. Metal detecting.
Sword belt mount, one end missing, with 2 surviving loops along relief-decorated plate.
The loops retain hooks with globular ends and relief-decorated plates each broken at a rivet hole: the main plate has 2 rivet hole, are with an iron rivet.
All the relief decoration is of a foliage pattern. Early Post Medieval.
