Identified at TG 1282 3835, 30m west of pit:
Area of mortared flints, including many large boulders, probably indicating site of a building.
On 1807 estate map (S1) called 'Wash Pit Close'.

The mapped extent of this record was amended after details of fieldwalking undertaken in March-April 2000 were moved to NHER 35205. The former extent of NHER 35204 is saved as NHER 35205 Context 2.
