February to March 2000. Metal detecting.
Medieval copper alloy buckle frame, rectangular externally but slightly trapezoidal internally. The frame is decorated with rocker arm engraving and the bar is stained with iron, probably from a pin. There are two slightly projecting mouldings forming a pin rest. 25 x 21mm.
