Summary

Fieldwalking and metal detecting in seven areas around Brumstead Grange have recovered a wide range of artefacts dating from the prehistoric to the post medieval period. These include a prehistoric worked flint flake, a medieval or post medieval cauldron foot and post medieval tobacco pipe stems.
