Summary

Metal detecting between 1999 and 2005 recovered part of an Early Saxon brooch, a medieval seal matrix and strap end, and a post medieval coin.

Early Saxon head, bow and part of leg; possible cruciform brooch. More probable small long brooch.

October 2000. Metal detecting. Near previous find.
Medieval composite strap end, front sheet, bent, narrows and has twin lobes before knop with additional sheet having radiating grooves, pierced by rivet, second rivet-hole at rounded inside edge. Spacer and back plate missing. 63 by 10mm.
