Summary

This is the site of a 'Saw mill' maked on a map of 1888. It is depicted as a circular building, which suggests that it was a windmill. By 1961 a terrace of houses had been built on this site.

'Saw mill' on map of 1888 (S1) (on which Quebec Road (south) and Wolfe Road are called Ketts Camp Road, and Quebec Road (north) is called Mill Road). Depicted as a circular building, suggesting a windmill. This maybe one to two windmills in this area shown on map of 1797 (S2) though the topography has changed drastically.
