'Brick kilns' written generally over this area on first edition (S1) in 1838 . But nothing on (S2), 1797.
Two large kilns shown at grid reference on (S3) (but changes in topography make these hard to locate exactly).
These appear to be Hoffman or similar kilns and probably not the same as those mentioned in 1838.
