Summary

A post medieval timber-framed inn. The timber frame dates to the 17th century and is partly visible inside. An extension was added during the 18th century and the brick and mock timber framed exterior were added around 1900.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former inn. Mid 17th century with 18th century extension and c.1900 and 20th century alterations. Timber-frame encased in brick and mock framing. Plain tile roof with ornamental ridge tiles and brick ridge and end stacks. 18th century extension of whitewashed brick pantile roof."
