Summary

A medieval moat is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. A linear earthwork runs along the northern edge of the moat, but it is unclear whether the two features are definitely associated with one another.

Map

19 June 1995. NLA air photography .
There appears to be a large moated site showing as cropmarks with a slight earthwork running along the outside of its northern edge. It is possible that the earthwork is associated with the track to the north side of the site rather than the moat itself.
