(S1) describes house as 17th century, plastered, one storey and attic, notes off centre double angled chimneystack.
Plans submitted 2001 ((S2) in file) show three cell, large three-sided fireplace in centre, smaller fireplace to north room, winding stair in side of stack; side wall of south cell removed for access to later extension.

December 2007. Building recording.
Tripartite one-and-a- half storey house under a pantile roof with later extensions to the rear. The building may have originally had an open hall with a timber-framed smoke bay. Dendrochronological dating of some sample timbers gives a felling date of 1645.
