Full Description
Various Roman and later objects known to have been found at Castle Acre during the 19th and 20th centuries but with little additional information regarding provenance.
Pre October 1965. Stray Find.
Found at “Castle Acre Brek [sic]:
1 Roman belt fitting.
Identified by B. Spencer (London Museum), see note in file.

Found at Castle Acre:
1 ?Late Saxon micaceous sandstone spindle whorl.
