Summary

During metal detecting here in 2001 a prehistoric retouched flint flake was found. Two undated lead weights were also found, one globular in shape and the other tubular. Metal detecting in 2009 recovered a Roman furniture fitting and a post medieval button.

Prehistoric ?retouched flint flake, secondary flake from large pebble with (probably accidental) edge damage on lateral edges but some probbable steep retouch at the distal edge. (Identified by P. A. Robins (NCM).)
Undatable lead weight, globular, with central perforation, weight 14.88g, 0.52 oz.
Undatable lead weight, tubular, with central perforation, weight 50.77g, 1.79 oz.
Identified by S. J. Ashley (NLA).
