Summary

A collection of thirty predominantly Neolithic worked flint from Southacre parish was given to Norwich Castle Museum in the 1960s. The implements in this collection include an Early Neolithic leaf arrowhead, polished and flaked Neolithic axeheads and a broken dagger of Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age dage.

Thirty worked flints from Southacre parish are in the Norwich Castle Museum's S.S. George Collection (NWHCM : 1963.120.29).

According to (S2) these objects includes the following implements:
1 fragmentary leaf-shaped arowhead.
1 long-pointed piercer.
2 polished flint axeheads (1 of them flaked down).
1 flaked flint axehead.
1 broken flint dagger. See drawing (S3).
