Full Description
1944 and 1948. RAF air photography.
A sea bank, probably of medieval or post medieval date, is visible as earthworks and soilmarks from NGR TF 6469 2800 to TF 6507 2834, southwest of Wolfreton.
The bank seems to incorporate a number of probable salterns and links with another sea bank to the south.
A. Miller (Suffolk County Council NMP), 11 July 2000.
October 2011.
Google Earth imagery shows that this bank has been ploughed level.
K. Powell (HES), 14 October 2011.
