Great Wood. Management Unit A, Site 10:
Remnants of a low bank delineating western side of the wood.

No archaeological earthworks identified within the wood, but much evidence for military activity associated with the wartime airfield (NHER 5045), including bases of buildings, roads and an oval enclosure.
