Location

Map sheet TG31SE
Civil Parish UPTON WITH FISHLEY, BROADLAND, NORFOLK

Map

Marked on (S1) as standing north of a Marsh Farm - both mill and farm have disappeared. Very difficult to plot on modern Ordnance Survey.
E. Rose (NLA), 6 June 2002.

The location of Marsh farm is at TG 3937 1468 as shown by (S2) and (S3) and the location of the mill must therefore be at TG39491490, where (S2) shows a rounded compound, although the mill itself had gone by the 1840s. From its position this must have been a pumping mill.
E. Rose (NLA), 4 April 2006.
