Ruinous building, appearing like a barn with cottage built into one end. Of flint; has quoins etc of reused limestone.

Amongst the reused stone, source notes two ogee canopies as if from niches. Confirmed from photographs in file - double Perpendicular niche top. Photos suggest 19th century buildings with much reused stone.
