Summary

Fieldwalking on part of this field recovered Late Iron Age pottery fragments. A small excavation recorded Late Iron Age pottery within the upper fills of an east to west ditch. Metal-detecting in 2009 recovered medieval coins.

One small trench in southeast part of field produced late Iron Age sherds in profusion on surface of set aside and in situ in upper filling of east to west ditch.
