Summary

A former bank, probably designed by Edward Boardman in the 1890s. The building has a central banking hall with Ionic pilasters.

Former bank premises, probably by E. Boardman 1892 to 1896, extended 1901 by G. Skipper.
Three storey red brick and tile hung with mock tudor gable.
First floor has single windows each side of oriel.
Banking hall to centre with entrance to left.
Banking hall contains pair of Ionic pilasters.
Good staircase second to third floor.
Original upstairs fireplace, art nouveau glass to rear.
